Wes Nosek, President
Wes Nosek has been working in the construction industry since a young age, in fact it is the only industry he has ever worked in. Dating back to high school and during his summers while in college, Wes worked for his grandfather’s masonry company (Wes Podany Construction Company). There he learned the physical trade with hands on training as a laborer; mixing mortar and hauling concrete block. Wes also spent summers learning the roofing trade working for a roofing company. Upon graduating from UW-Platteville with a degree in Building Construction Management, Wes was hired by a large commercial construction company located in Madison, WI. He began as an assistant project manager and was soon promoted to project manager. After furthering his experience with two more commercial general contractors in the Milwaukee area, Wes decided to fulfill a lifelong dream and open Wes Allen Construction Company.
Over the past 25 years Wes has been involved in a wide variety of commercial building projects from pre-construction through post construction. This has allowed him considerable experience and involvement in budgeting, value engineering and scheduling of projects. Wes finds great joy in working closely with his clients, helping them through the entire building process to make their dreams become reality.
