Collision Center
West Allis, WI
Wes Allen Construction completed a major building renovation for International Autos in West Allis. An existing abandoned auto dealership was converted into a new Collision Center that included new office spaces, restrooms, computer room, waiting room, 360 picture booth, detail area, paint booth room, and repair/body shop areas. The project also included extensive exterior site work including new sewer work, curb and gutter, landscaping, and asphalt paving the entire lot.
Mercedes Service Drive
Training Room / Breakroom / Locker Room
West Allis, WI
Wes Allen Construction was selected to renovate the Mercedes Service Drive to include new attendant stations, Rytec high speed doors, tile floor, and floor drains. In addition, an existing storage space on the 2nd floor was renovated into a breakroom, high tech training room, and locker room.
Maserati / Alpha Romeo
West Allis, WI
Wes Allen Construction recently completed a building renovation for Maserati / Alpha Romeo dealership in West Allis. The project consisted of structural renovations to the exterior of the building, a new showroom, offices, customer seating area, auto finish selection area, display areas, and restrooms.
Milwaukee Center – 17th Floor Renovation
Milwaukee, WI
Wes Allen Construction was selected to renovate the 9th, 12th, and 17th floors of the Milwaukee Center located on Kilbourne Ave. This project consisted of the removal of most of the interior partitions and ceilings to allow for an open concept office space. Work included extending the existing drywall exterior walls to the structure to finish out the space for the open ceiling. The project also consisted of glass walls for conference rooms, a reception area, glass entrance, acoustical and wood ceiling clouds, and a break area.
Boelter – Superstore – Event Center
Glendale, WI
Wes Allen Construction was selected to complete the interior build out of a new Event Center. This 2,300 sf space includes a state of the art commercial kitchen and is used for cooking classes, corporate events, private classes, private parties and equipment demonstrations.
In addition to this space; also included in the construction project were new restrooms, pantry to serve the new kitchen, and a break room. The project also included a 2nd floor structure inside the existing building to provide space for new offices, restrooms, and a conference room.
Krones Inc. – Entrance Renovation
Franklin, WI
Wes Allen Construction was selected to construct a new main entrance for Krones Inc. This project included the installation of a new 3 stop elevator inside of the existing building, a new entrance glass curtain wall system, fully renovated main lobby, restroom modernization, a new employee entrance with state of the art entrance turnstiles, and new corridors that included a 30’ long hand painted mural depicting Krones Inc. employees and the services they provide their industry.
Frentzel Products – Addition & Renovation
Sussex, WI
Wes Allen Construction was selected to construct a new 10,500 sf addition to the existing building located in Sussex. This project included a new loading dock, drive up dock, and the addition of restrooms and a break room inside the existing Frentzel Products building. The scope of this project also included remodeling to the existing office space.
Krones Inc. – Conference Rooms
Franklin, WI
Wes Allen Construction was selected to complete the renovation of a portion of an unoccupied space within the Krones Inc. facility to high tech audio visual conference rooms. This project included adding HVAC systems inside the existing building to handle the necessary ventilating requirements for these conference rooms.
General Plastics – Addition
Glendale, WI
Wes Allen Construction was selected to construct a 40,000 sf addition to the General Plastics facility. This project included a new loading dock, restroom renovations, new parking lot, and a large site work package.
Jet’s Pizza
Glendale, WI
Wes Allen Construction was selected to construct a Jet’s Pizza in Glendale. The project consisted of a reception area, cooking area, packaging area, oven and hood, walk-in cooler, restroom, and storage area.
Wauwatosa Residence
Wauwatosa, WI
Wes Allen Construction was selected to complete a major renovation to an existing residence in Wauwatosa that included a remodel to the kitchen and bathroom. The work included the removal of bearing walls to create an open living space between the kitchen and living areas. The work included new kitchen cabinets and plumbing, new kitchen appliances, new electrical and lighting, new tin ceiling, patching and refinishing the existing maple wood floors, new Cambria counter tops, plaster patching the walls, new tile floors in the bathroom, and new tile shower and glass doors.
